Pre-Order Policy

Overview

At RUP Products, we offer pre-order products to allow customers to reserve selected items before they are available for immediate shipment.

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product in advance and guarantees that you will receive the item once it becomes available. Pre-order products are clearly identified on their product pages with estimated availability or shipping information.

By placing a pre-order with RUP Products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy.


What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is currently unavailable for immediate delivery but is expected to become available at a future date.

Pre-order products may include:

  • New product releases

  • Limited availability products

  • Products currently being manufactured

  • Items awaiting inventory arrival

The estimated availability date will be displayed on the product page whenever possible.

Please understand that estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may change due to circumstances such as production delays, supplier issues, customs procedures, or shipping disruptions.


Payment for Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, payment is collected at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize RUP Products to process payment for the full order amount, including:

  • Product price

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping fees

  • Any additional charges shown during checkout

Your order will be confirmed after successful payment processing.

You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.


Pre-Order Availability and Estimated Shipping Dates

Each pre-order product includes an estimated availability or shipping timeframe.

Examples:

  • "Estimated shipping: August 2026"

  • "Ships within 2–4 weeks after release"

  • "Expected availability: September 2026"

These dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Supplier delays

  • Inventory availability

  • Transportation delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Unexpected operational issues

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify customers using the contact information provided during checkout.


Shipping of Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times after shipment depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Please note that estimated shipping dates do not include the time required for carrier delivery after dispatch.


Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order contains both available products and pre-order products, your order may be shipped according to one of the following methods:

Option 1: Combined Shipment

All items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

Option 2: Separate Shipments

Available items may be shipped immediately, while pre-order items will be shipped separately once available.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied unless clearly stated before checkout.


Changes to Pre-Order Orders

If you need to update your shipping address or order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipping preparation.

Pre-Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the item has been shipped.

To request cancellation, contact our customer support team with:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Reason for cancellation request

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually.

Once a pre-order item has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. The order will then be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Pre-Order Refunds

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances such as:

  • Product discontinuation

  • Supplier inability to provide inventory

  • Unavoidable fulfillment issues

RUP Products will notify affected customers and provide appropriate options, which may include a full refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.


Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and estimated availability information are accurate.

However, minor changes may occur due to:

  • Product improvements

  • Manufacturer updates

  • Packaging changes

  • Availability adjustments

Any significant changes affecting your order will be communicated when necessary.
