Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ruppoducts. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items where hygiene is a concern

  • Clearance or final sale items (where permitted by law)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or required by law.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact us using the email below.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
